Irkeshtam-Avtodorozhny checkpoint will be closed for movement of goods from June 25 to 28 at the initiative of the Chinese side in connection with celebration of Dragon Boat Festival. The State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan reported.

Cargo transportation will resume on June 29.

Earlier, Irkeshtam-Avtodorozhny checkpoint resumed work on April 15 in accordance with a special algorithm that provides only for the movement of goods from the People’s Republic of China to Kyrgyzstan.
