The Parliament of Kyrgyzstan passed a scandalous law on NGOs in the second reading.

At least 89 deputies voted for it, 9 — against. A total of 98 deputies were registered.

Amendments to the law on NGOs oblige non-profit organizations to report on sources of their financing. Human rights activists called it discriminatory and asked the initiators to withdraw the bill.
