The Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan put an end to the criminal case against the ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Moldomusa Kongantiev. His lawyer Ikramidin Aitkulov told 24.kg news agency.

According to him, the Board of the Supreme Court upheld the acquittal of two previous instances.

The former Interior Minister was accused of negligence during the March events in 2005 and abuse of office during the April events in 2010. The Pervomaisky District Court has acquitted Moldomusa Kongantiev.
