A second-year student is suspected of abducting a girl for marriage in Osh city. Court ruling on choosing a preventive measure says.

A 22-year-old girl was forced into a car near a store and was taken away. In a statement, the victim indicated that she was abducted against her will.

The Osh City Court chose a preventive measure in the form of detention for the suspect. The lawyer of the accused said: her client did not know that he was committing a crime. The defense claims that the student fully admitted his guilt and repents.

The second instance upheld the decision of the city court.
