Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Aida Ismailova met with medical specialists from Poland. Press service of the Government Office reported.

During the meeting, they discussed the results of observations, exchanged views on the work carried out by Kyrgyz doctors. In their turn, Polish doctors praised competence of domestic medical workers and equipping of local hospitals.

The eight specialists arrived in Kyrgyzstan on April 19. Polish doctors assist their Kyrgyz colleagues in the fight against coronavirus infection.

Up to date, there are 665 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan, 172 of them are among medical workers.
