38 traffic accidents occur in Bishkek during state of emergency
At least 38 traffic accidents occurred during the state of emergency in Bishkek. Commandant of the capital Almazbek Orozaliev told at a briefing.
According to him, despite the imposed restrictions, the Safe City cameras continue to work and monitor traffic violations.
