At least 12 more healthcare workers contracted COVID-19 for a day. The Deputy Minister of Health of Kyrgyzstan Madamin Karataev told at a briefing.

According to him, the total number of infected medical workers is 51 people. Eight of the newly infected are in Bishkek, one in — Naryn region, and three — in Osh.

There are 339 confirmed coronavirus cases in Kyrgyzstan, 51 of them are doctors.
